More than an album, this is a celebration of life.
Every track is driven by a simple intention: to share something positive. Self-confidence, love, freedom, letting go, pure enjoyment - each song explores a different shade of that energy, always through music.
I chose not to overthink the process. This project is rooted in spontaneity and emotion. Creating it in the studio was a genuinely joyful experience - from writing lyrics to composing melodies and shaping the sound.
The album brings together artists and musicians from around the world, adding depth and character to each track. You’ll hear organic instruments like harmonica, banjo, and marimba woven into an electronic foundation.
At its core, this is a fusion project - blending country, rock, pop, R&B, and dance into a cohesive electronic sound.
Fifteen years deep. Julien's journey started the way most do: alone in a bedroom, tweaking sounds late into the night, chasing something he couldn't quite name yet.
From those early sessions to the streets of Chicago in 2017, shooting a video with house legend Ron Carroll, the path has been paved with real connections. Terri B! at the Amsterdam Dance Event in 2018. Not just features - proper collaborations, born from mutual respect and a shared love for the music.
A DJ first, Julien cut his teeth in the clubs of eastern France before taking his sound to Luxembourg, Belgium and Spain. Dancefloors don't lie - and his sets, whether deep and soulful or loud and euphoric, always delivered.
His recent collaboration with Max C in 2024, I'm Gonna Shine, caught the attention of the international DJ community - earning support from the likes of Hard Rock Sofa and Chester Young, and finding its way into mixes and playlists across the globe.
His music carries the DNA of the greats - Chicago, Detroit, the golden era of vocal house - filtered through his own sensibility. Warm, melodic, alive. A sound he calls Elegant Feel-Good House - disco roots, soulful clarity, modern dance energy. Music about love, letting go, pleasure, and the quiet confidence that comes from knowing who you are.
In 2026, he channels all of it into his debut solo album. Every note written, every beat crafted, every word chosen - by himself, for the music. No shortcuts. Just soul.
